This is what the rep from theme punch shared with me:

Hi Jacques,

Actually only slider images are imported to the uploads folder while rest of the settings are stored in the database. In order to be able to provide them slider files you will need to export the slider which will provide you .zip file containing complete slider data.

So the zip files are exported from my dashboard. You have my log in creds, so if you need to grab them yourself, you can. Please help….

Please add this CSS to Admin > Appearance > Customizer > Custom > CSS

background: transparent !important;
}

Hi there,

Please add this CSS to your customizer’s custom CSS.

.page-template-template-blank-4-php .x-main, .page-template-template-blank-5-php .x-main, .page-template-template-blank-6-php .x-main, .page-template-template-blank-8-php .x-main {
    background-color: transparent !important;
}

That should remove the background color that covers the body background.
