I downloaded the R_menu (full-with all slides) template and when I activated it for use. The smooth color fade transition was not working.

After days of back and forth with Rev Slider support, they shared with me that its the actual theme. The theme X is not allowing transparent backgrounds so that the color fade can be seen.

Hi There,

Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

So after reaching out to a friend of mine, He was able to add that line in for me. However.. It’s still not showing the color.

Hey!

The menu has always worked properly, its the content under the menu that won’t display the color change css that is set in the menu. Its like they are sitting on a white background with the color change effect going on behind it. If you look at my url on mobile and scroll down beyond the content, you can scroll and actually lift and see the color change happening behind it.

The way this Slider works is not really the most common, it is a really cool effect and we would like to help you to make it work, but getting the original file or link to the files would be great.
