Deleted and reinstalled the plugin again …. deleted all the cache …. disabled all plugins …. changed the settings on the resolution of the problems of each slider ….. deleted the old slider …. .all this …. but the problem still is not solved.
Both you and the support of revolution slider you’re telling me to do this again …. but I’ve already done everything.Also I noticed that when Revolution
Slider is activated it conflicts with Essential Greed. RS is activated if EG does not work. what a mess.please help me.

Please clean your browser cache and test it again.

jeffchiarelliParticipantGents – You need to downgrade to RevolutionSlider 5.2.6 until ThemeCo resolves the issue. Support is not on the same page when it comes to this bug. They are giving different answers all over the place. I had the same issue as you fellas. Downgrading RevolutionSlider to 5.2.6 fixed it, immediately.

Revslider 5.3.0.2 is now out on automatic updates.
We’ve done extensive testing on this and it works great for me across all major browsers.
This appears to fix every issue we’ve seen reported so far.
