Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! I was able to import 2 demo sliders. The restaurant home and photography carousel sliders. I have downloaded these sliders from the free slider exchange and I was able to import it without issues. You can download more demo sliders from here: https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/
If you were trying to use the “import slider from template”, this will only work if you have registered your copy of the plugin. For more details about how we utilized the plugin and why you cannot register, please check this out: https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-revolution-slider/
Hope this helps.

taylorxParticipantHi, I just updated to 5.3.0 of slider revolution now my slider is not displaying on the site. Caching is not enabled to begin with.
Its showing 5.3.0.1 is available but its not offering the update.
How do I update to 5.3.0.1
“Slider Revolution 5.3.0.1 WordPress Plugin NulledFixed an issue where in Viewpoint Scrolled Slides did not start straight but with a small delay
Fixed Restarted Static Layers which are animating on each Slide if Start time was smaller than 100ms
Fixed Warning: Illegal string offset βwidthβ in [β¦] object-library.class.php on line 994
Fixed Global Settings getting reset in certain cases. Which ultimately causes for some customers blank Sliders as the JavaScript files are no longer loaded in the footer
Fixed bug where actions in Static Layers could be lost after saving”October 22, 2016 at 12:09 pm #1226632
senvasParticipantI am having the same problem, with no way to access the 5.3.0.1 unless I am a direct buyer of Responsive Slider.
This is very bad to have a blank screen with no answers. Please help!

kaizanParticipantI have the same problem. Since I updated Revolution Slider to 5.3.0 my sliders disappeared.
Any ideas why it went missing and how to get it back?
October 22, 2016 at 2:45 pm #1226709
senvasParticipantI deactivated all plugins and re activated the slider. That did the trick and the slider is back. There was a plugin conflict. I recommend you do that as well. If the slider comes back, then re activate each plugin one by one to see which plugin is causing the conflict.

president75ParticipantI tried everything. Revolution Slider does not want to work anymore.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I have checked your site and it looks like the slider is working fine. Please see it here: http://prntscr.com/cxqsz4
Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Please let us know how it goes.

I removed and installed again RS, deleted all the cache, changed browser, but I no longer see the sliders.
I also tried it on pc of other people.
The problem must be the last update, the 5.3.0.1.
After this update seems to have stuck around.
How is it possible!?

NicoModeratorHi There,
I have checked your setup and I confirm also that your slider is showing.
Try to reinstall your Revolution slider using X adds on and I could see errors on your site console. Please try any plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
