Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your slider, you have selected fade as the animation of your slides. http://prntscr.com/8tw7ct
Ken burns effect the slides from top or from left or from bottom to top etc. Please try to change the slide animation of each slides to a different one so that you will see a different animation in your slides.

Please let us know how it goes.

Ok,

but only the first slide is set to Fade;

the slide 2 is set to “slide to bottom”;
slide 3 of the “slide to left”;
slide 4 of the “slide to top.”

But all the slides come alive as “fade”.

I checked your slider and on your site, there’s no auto transition either, you have to click to switch between the slides, I’d recommend creating a new slide with the animation and pictures you want, then if it still doesn’t want, we can debug that slide. 🙂

We’re sorry you’re having this issue. I tried logging and found that you have multiple revolution slider. Which one are you referring to? Ken Burn Slider is not there. I tried to check HOME slider. the one in your frontpage. Upon checking, the slide animation is working. It’s not just set to autoplay. You can set it under General Settings > Slideshow. If this doesn’t help, can you give us more information to help you better? Which specific slider, and which slide is not working?

Yes, I was referring to HOME slider. I have set as the slide animation: “fade” to the first slide, “slide to top” to the second slide, “slide to right” to the third slide, “slide to bottom” to the fourth slide. But when I do a preview of the slide or the site comes alive only the first slide in “fade” the other slides do not move. I hope I explained. Thank you

Hi there,

Under your slider’s general setting, it is set to stop on first slide. I turned it off and now your sliders are sliding to next slides.

Maybe I understand the problem:
In the General settings / Default, transitions are set to “Fade”, but if I try to change the settings to “No Transition” is always on “Fade”.
Could this be the problem !?

Thanks for updating the thread!

I’ve checked HOME slider, but I couldn’t find any specific reason why animations are not working there. I’ve checked other slider “notgeneric1” in a separate page in your site and animations are working just fine there. This lead me to believe the issue is specific to HOME slider.

As Revolution Slider is a 3rd party plugin, regretfully, we have limited support for it that only covers its compatibility issues with X. So any question related to transitions, animations or how the certain feature of the slider works, would be getting outside the support we can offer. I found that what comes from the problem.
When you activate the “Ken Burns”, the animations slider not working.
I disabled the feature Ken Burns on all slides and animations now work.

But in this demo:

it is activated function Ken Burns but the animation of slide work.

If I try to impoare the demo but do not function.

You can ask for support in “Revolution Slider Support”, for me it is very important !!

Hi there,

Sure we will forward this, but we need to get information first. But your slider is not sliding because it set to stop on first slider again. I turned this off and you probably turned this on 🙂 , maybe accidentally. Please disable it if you wish it to slide and it works even with Ken burns.

Under your slider’s setting at General section, you should turn off Stop Slider After. I did it and it slide now again.
