ChristianModeratorI see. In this case, this is not an issue with Slider Revolution nor everything else in WordPress but their web hosting and/or their browser itself. Not sure what “unclassified” means so you might want to check with their hosting provider on how to do that.

The site is hosted on WP Engine. They also checked to see if they could access the following XTheme sites hosted on the same Hosting provider:
http://www.dontmove-extend.com/
https://www.poppyfactory.orgThey can access them without any problems, so it must be my specific site.

ChristianModeratorPlease deactivate all third party plugins and check again. Also, try deactivating Slider Revolution and check if they could see the image. If it still doesn’t help, please try setting up a test site in pantheon.io (free). Also, tell your client to go to http://supportally.com/ and copy all the details then give it to us so we could see some details of their system.
