    Hola rockstars!

    I can’t figure out why the cover image (attached) for my rev slider shows a blurry circle in the center on mobile? I’ve tried turning of spinner but that makes no difference. Any idéas?

    Hey there,

    Sorry but I don’t get that issue on my phone. Would you mind going to http://supportally.com/ and copy the Browser Details and Advanced Browser Details here so we might replicate your setup.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

    I can’t see such issue on my end with Safari. Would you try from a different browser and device?

    Thanks!

    Hi!

    Yup, I got the blurry circle on my iPhone in Safari, Chrome, Opera and Mercury. My two friends have the same problem on their iPhones as well.

    Hi there,

    Please add this CSS to Admin > Appearance > Customizer > Custom > CSS

    #rev_slider_24_1_wrapper .tp-loader.spinner2 {
    display: none !important;
    }

    I can’t reproduce it on my end, hiding it may fix it.

    Thanks!

    Hi Rad!

    This is so weird. It doesn’t help with that css. I would love to ask the question directly to Theme Punch because I’m suspecting a bug but I obviously don’t have an account there as Rev slider came bundled. What to do?

    Hi there,

    I can’t really tell if it’s a bug, it doesn’t happen in my view. Same OS, same browser and versions, would you mind trying on other phones?

    Thanks!

    Hi!

    I still have this problem and I have done the following:

    1. Checked it on 8 different phones. All iPhones but one (iPhone4) have the blurry circle. Androids don’t have it.

    2. Tried different browsers on the phones. If the problem is visible in one browser, it is also present in other browsers on that phone.

    3. Turned off spinner.

    4. Hidden the spinner wrapper with your css.

    5. Turned on another rev slider (first attached image). The blurry circle is visible there too.

    I have to solve this before I go live with the site. Maybe we should contact Theme Punch? I believe it’s a bug. What do you think?

    I’ll forward this to the right person. For the meantime, please try the code below as it might be the play button.

    .tp-video-play-button {
        display: none;
    }

    Thanks.

    Hi!

    Nope, didn’t work. For whatever it’s worth, I have my video set on autoplay without a play button ever present.

    Thanx for helping out. 🙂

    Hi there,

    I can’t replicate your screenshot on my tests (iOS 9 Safari). I’ll continue checking.

    Have you tried it on other devices?

    Thanks!
