    Hello There,

    By default, the page layout has a container. This container will contribute a large space left and right of the page. If you want to have a page with no container, please use the Blank – No Container page templates. Please check out this article: https://community.theme.co/kb/page-templates/

    In the example url, it is using a different grid plugin. You can however do something like it with the Grid or Essential Grid plugin. The spaces between items can just be set in the settings of the grid. Could you please clarify what you have in mind? Are you just trying to have a gallery that displays an image (maybe with a lightbox containing the full image)? Because all of these can be done in the Grid or Essential Grid plugin also. Maybe you can send us a mock layout of how you want the gallery will look like so that we will have a clear idea of what you are trying to do.

    Thanks for you help. I get you on your point i have to use a page template NO CONTAINER. I have done so, but still it seems there is an container: http://knipt.newfishdev.nl/test/

    As seen in the screen shot, and the edited version i like to have no container, so a full with grid

    Hi There,

    I have fixed it for you.

    I turned off Column Container of your ROW

    I changed the Grid From 6 to 5 elements on desktop(you can change it again on Grid Settings, but you did not had enough elements at the moment for 6, just 5)

    I also used the grid element built in in Cornerstone instead of text.

    Thanks! I do not get everything. What do you mean with “I also used the grid element built in in Cornerstone instead of text.” Since i have to replicate this process a dozen times i need to understand every step. Thanks, we are almost there!

    Hi there,

    You can add the grid in two ways, first one through shortcode by adding it within the text or raw element. The second one is by adding it as the grid element where you can drag and drop to your sections. It’s the same as other cornerstone elements.

    Ok i have everything working now, but if turn of column for the row it just seems like large picture (which i like), but even if i columns the row it juts seems like pictures. Any tips how i can make these images looks more like a link? Ik think some people might not understand that there is a gallery behind these images. Only when you do a mouse over it becomes more obvious these “images” are actually thumbnails and links to galleries. I was looking in the grid setting if i can turn something on like a button ore something as an permanent lay over.

    Any tips how i make this grid look like links?

    Hi There,

    You have different skins on your Grid Plugin, maybe there is some other that satisfy your needs, with the overlay appearing before the hover, You would have to look.

    Access your plugin | Edit your Grid | SKINS

    I personally think it is quite instinctive that people will hover your pics, but you have a point some may not, You also can add a title instructing people, it really depends on creativity to make your user experience the best possible 🙂

    Ok getting there, thanks! Just one simple thing, sorry i can’t find it. I have edited the skin with the name under which always shows this is good. Then on the mouse over the view/play icon should appear. But the play icon (in the middle) is always there now. How can i set this icon to mouse over?

    Sorry a few more questions. If i have this right it will be for 10 website so it is worth getting it right. I have edited a skin which looks the way i like but it does not respond how i like it.

    1: the text under, the name of portfolio item is always showing this is good
    2: the play button is always showing, this should be a mouse over only
    3: in the mouse over i would only like the play button un the middle, but no grey bar behind

    Sorry for the many question but think this can be small settings, however i can’t seem to find them.

    Hi there,

    Is it the magnifying glass icon? Yes, I can see that and there is another hover effect. It could be just related to configuration. I tried it on my installation and it’s working.

    Would you mind providing your latest login credentials? I like to see your skin layer setting.
