    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    What did you do compania123’s site to make this work? I have the same issue.

    I have upgraded to PHP 5.6, ensured cURL is Enable and the memory limit is set to 256

    Please advise. Thanks.

    Maybe your issue is not related to PHP version, maybe it’s something else. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
