    Hi there we have updated our site palimeovocie.sk and after that we are unable to do anything. Website is unreachable, we can not log in to the admin area. There is only a messsage: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in D:\Inetpub\webs\105_web\www\wp-content\plugins\convertplug\framework\functions\component_social_media.php on line 902

    PLEASE HELP

    Hi there,

    I have tried to login through FTP but I am getting this error:

    Response:	426 ERR: You can not connect from this IP
Error:	Could not connect to server

    Do you have any IP restriction active for the FTP logins? If so kindly disable so that we can check.

    Sorry there is a restriction only for my country IPs. Please tell me from which country are logging in so I can allow your IP.

    I have had the same issue with my site!

    Can you pls let me know of the resolution apart from removing the plugin.

    Please disable IP restriction. We could not proceed if this is not met.

    You could try deleting the convertplug folder in wp-content/plugins then install again via Addons.

    We already tried your suggestion but after new installation of plugin there is still the same problem.

    Please try to log in via provider app which credentials I’m sending below.

    Hello Michael

    I am able to login and check your setup.
    But before we continue, please upgrade your PHP version greater or equal to 5.4 first. That’s common issue with the older version that uses double color ( :: ) for accessing static object.

    Please check PHP version too.

    Try installing again after that.
    Do let us know how this goes.
