    Hi there,

    You can configure W3 Total Cache plugin for better performance. Please go through our knowledge base article on how to increase performance of your site (https://community.theme.co/kb/performance/).

    Thanks.

    I will also contact the Convert-plug people as I followed your instructions and nothing is seen as extensions. However Mailchimp works fine and that’s the most important.

    So thanks for sorting that out for me.

    It appears you have to buy a ConvertPlug license to get the Addons (such as integrating with Sendy).

    If that’s the case giving it free with X is pointless, no? Or am I missing something?

    Hello Armen,

    If you have latest Convertplug installed, those Addons should be available even if you don’t have license. Unfortunately, we don’t cover automatic updates for third party plugins. So please try removing Convertplug via FTP on this folder wp-content/plugins. Then we have to install it again so we can have the latest Convertplug that comes with the Addons.
