I need to connect Convertplug with Mailchimp. But under Addons for Convertplug I get the message “No extensions avaliable yet.” What do i do now?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

Hi

I tried this before and now again – step by step – , and the difference is that I do not get the “Mail Chimp” integration option.
See screen shot 1 ( my “view”) and the second one is from your video – just to show difference.

When I click “install respective addons from here” I get the screenshot I already sent, but will add again here ( screenshot nr 3)

So there’s my conundrum!

I went ahead and installed MailChimp Add-on. Though I’m not sure yet why the listing isn’t working, could be a connection issue between your site and ConvertPlug server. Would you mind providing your FTP login credential as well?

Hi there,

Thanks for writing back. It seems you have X Shortcodes on your site. Kindly remove that completely as you don’t need that anymore. Also as you are using W3 Total Cache, kindly deactivate this, clear your cache and check again.

You can do the same for other third party plugins as well.

One question, as I am at total dummie on this… Do I need W3 Total Cache??.. I read somewhere it would speed up loading..
