    When trying to create a new post, there is no toolbar and the font is white. I updated the theme and all plugins. I’ve tried disabling each plugin by hand, but none seemed to cause.

    Please help me.

    Hi,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi There,

    Upon checking, you’re still have X-shortcode plugin. Please disable X shortcode. Then visit Addons > Homepage to install Cornerstone automatically. X shortcode functionalities are now integrated to Cornerstone plugin. Cornerstone is a required plugin for X. You may visit our changelog here:https://theme.co/changelog/.

    Hi there,

    I tried to replicate this again but it seems working fine. Not sure why you are getting white text. You can try disabling all third party plugins and try from a different browser.

    Hi There,

    Are you experiencing this issue in a specific page?

    I tested your website and I am not facing the issue with white fonts when Editing posts.

    I am able to load Cornerstone without problems.

    I have tested with Chrome.

    Let us know more details

    Hi there,

    I was able to replicate this issue in creating new posts where when I try to edit the page in Cornerstone, I am redirected back to the login page and its goes to a blank page after logging in. Also, when I append ?cornerstone=1 to the URL, it goes to a page not found page.

    Have you already tried testing for a plugin conflict as there are quite a few plugins installed in the site that might be causing the issue.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Yes, I have gone through all of the plugins, but that does not seem to help.
