    Hi there,

    Yes, it’s normal. That section is from plugin author, and in order to activate those features then you’ll have to buy standard license from them.

    Please provide admin credentials on a private reply. We want to check your settings because skin builder is accessible on our end.

    **Update: We have found that this issue exist when you’re X is not updated. Can you confirm that you’re using X V4.6.2?

    Hi there,

    I just installed the copy I downloaded from Themeforest and skin builder works okay. Hence, it’s the problem on my end which could be related to the cache. Other staff made it work through updates only, probably cache on my end. Maybe the same on your installation but when I checked your site, it currently uses the X 4.3.4, please note that you should upgrade your X theme to the latest version too and not just the The Grid.

    Hi there,

    It’s because it’s a multi-site, updates usually run on network admin where there are no active themes. And automatic updates is only active when X theme is active as well.

    But you may try updating it through the root site (the main domain of the site where it’s validated) but can’t guarantee it.
