beezeebeeParticipantI’ve been using Theme X for more than a year.
I would like to create a new skin with The Grid, but I need to register it by entering a Global OAuth Personal Token.
How do I get this Global OAuth Personal Token?
Thank you,

JoaoModeratorHi There,
The latest update of the grid available let you use the skin builder you don´t need to register the plugin,
To register the plugin you need to purchase it,
Do you have the version 2.10 installed?
Let us know more details about the issue you are facing,
Thanks
Joao

beezeebeeParticipantYes, I have 2.1.0.
I need to create a different skin, but it does let me do it: when I go to the Skin Builder section of The Grid, it asks me to register. See attached.September 17, 2016 at 1:18 am #1179080
RadModeratorHi there,
I guess, they restrict it for users who purchase it. Unfortunately, it can’t be activated unless you’ll buy a license from them.
Thanks!

beezeebeeParticipantI’m sorry but that is not what your documentation says on https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-the-grid/.
I chose Theme X for it’s value, both at purchase and for it’s effort in making it an evolving valued product, which now is even better with all its capabilities, including The Grid.
Are you telling me that I cannot fully benefit from it’s current offering??? That some users have all the capabilities while some don’t?

RadModeratorHi there,
The features from bundled plugin are still in control by the author of the plugin. If they decide to make some feature available for standard license, then they have the power to remove it even if we don’t want to. All we could do for now is contact the plugin author to see if it’s something they can allow or drop it from our documentation.
It’s not some users, all users have the same copy which means they are affected as well. But some users has their own standard license directly purchased and given by the plugin author.
Thanks for understanding.

beezeebeeParticipantThank you for the clarification. Will there be a follow-up about this?
Thanks,

RadModeratorHi there,
Since it’s weekend, I’m not really sure about the timeframe. But I directly forwarded this issue and this thread.
Thanks!

brianking246ParticipantYour documentation says – Access to the Skin Builder is an exclusive deal only for X Customers. Usually access is reversed for people that purchase the Grid directly, but we’ve secured you our valued customers access to the Skin Builder all with your purchase of X.
It this TRUE or NOT?

JackKeymasterHi All,
I can confirm that with X and The Grid. You do get access to the Skin Builder. Please make sure you have version 2.1.0 of the Grid installed.
If it still isn’t working, please deactivate and delete your copy of the grid and re-install via your wp-admin > X Addons > The Grid.
Any issues, please let us know. Thanks! 🙂

beezeebeeParticipantIt did not work. And I have the same issue with SuperFly. I deleted them both, and re-installed from the Add-ons/Extensions menu.
What else can I do?
Thank you,
Benoit

beezeebeeParticipantUpdate: I just realized that I have the same issue with the Slider Revolution plug-in, which I’ve been using for almost 2 years!
Please help!
September 25, 2016 at 3:14 pm #1189972
RadModeratorHi there,
What do you mean? Rev. Slider doesn’t need any Oath Personal Token, and you’ll need to buy the license from them if you wish to activate it. And it doesn’t have any skin builder that requires that.
Thanks.
