    Hi Christian…

    Is this still the most up-to-date code to move the post carousel under the navigation bar?

    Will it also visualise the post carosel on the blog pages (I noticed in the theme the PC remains on top when on a blog page)

    Hi Cheryl,

    The code provided in response #168220 was a long time ago and there might be some changes added to the files since then. I would love to check your current setup. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Cheryl,

    Your WordPress is upgraded to 4.5 which is the latest, older version of theme and cornerstone may not work properly with this version. I recommend updating your theme and cornerstone as well.

    The code mention is still slightly compatible, but it’s best if we re-apply similar change with the latest version of X theme.

    Let me know when they are updated and I’ll provide the step required for moving carousel below the header.

    How is best to update my theme? I am a non-tech person – sorry!

    I found this thread, which seems to suggest it should be happening automatically as I’ve validated the theme… https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Based on this guide my updates should be automatic as I have verified my theme… could you tell me why they aren’t?

    Hi Cheryl,

    Automatic update means you will be able to do an update with one click through the WordPress dashboard.

    It is recommended that you keep a backup of your site before you do an update just in case.

    Hi Jade – Where do I find this one click update?

    If I click on either the child or X theme there is no notification that there is a newer version available. Do you want to use the logon details I shared in this chain to check and explain to me how I do this 1-click update?
