    The FireWall is turned off. That does not help.
    I am not sure about what PHP is. Where can i check it or update it and how?

    I updated the php version. it stil doesnt work

    Hi there,

    This is the actual error,

    MailChimp Error: SNAME must be provided - Please enter a value. [Mailchimp_List_MergeFieldRequired]

    It’s because Mailchimp is expecting SNAME, https://us13.admin.mailchimp.com/lists/settings/merge-tags?id=219425

    I went ahead and fixed it and changed it to FNAME.
