    Hi Team,

    When i try to do a test sign in via the mailchimp plugin it has the following error

    “We’re sorry! Something went wrong. We were unable to add your email to the list. Please try again later.” i have the sign up form here on the bottum (http://www.robbyadam.de) and here (http://www.robbyadam.de/start/)

    What can i do about it?

    Hi there,

    I get following error :

    MailChimp Error: SNAME must be provided - Please enter a value. [Mailchimp_List_MergeFieldRequired]

    Please try setting your Mailchimp settings to match the form options.

    I am not sure if i need to change that in the dashboard or in the mailchimp website settings. and when where?

    Hi there,

    I can’t access WP dashboard due to following error :

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 136320 bytes) in /home/robzen101/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/locales.php on line 1978

    Please follow this link and increase php memory limit : https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    Hi there,

    There is no SNAME on X’s MailChimp form, there are only FNAME, LNAME, or Full name. Would you mind providing your Mailchimp login credentials too?

    Please delete the email form and recreate it. This should resolve the issue.

    I deleted it, created a new one and changed it in cornerstore. this error is what i get again (See in the attachment)

    Hi there,

    Please check with your firewall first. Also it’s recommended to update your PHP version to at least v5.6.0 or above to avoid incompatibility issues.
