Cartell2ParticipantHy there !
i deleted the revslider and cornerstone now seems to work properly… i added a mp.4 as BackgraoundSLider there and it occurs an error in the console but u can see the BackgroundSLider. it just cant load properly somehow.
1. PLs check: if u go to my FRONTEND Homepage and open the chrome browser in the failure console occures the error:
cs-body.min.js?ver=1.2.4:3 MEJS media error.
what can that be?
2. PLS Check in the BACKEND if i want to enter the visual editor of wordpress (example in any product) to edit it – the editor stays white and the following error occurs in the failure console of Chrome :
wp-tinymce.php?c=1&ver=4310-20160418:4 GET http://test.ipc-markt.de/wp-includes/js/tinymce/skins/lightgray/skin.min.css?wp-mce-4310-20160418
what that can be?
THX a lot!

RadModeratorHi there,
1. Is it when the slider is present? I don’t see that error at this moment and there is no slider at all. But the error is more related to Media Element that mostly used for players.
Two possible cause, The Grid or Rev. Slider has setting to include their libraries globally, that includes Media Element libraries and stylesheet. You can change that under their global setting.
2. I’m not getting that error, would you mind providing a video recording of these issues?
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Ah, it’s not about the slider but section’s background video. I can see it now, but background video is working. Are there any issues with background video? Would you mind providing more details of what I should check? I just like to know the outstanding issues you’re having since the thread is long 🙂
About the TinyMCE error, I still can’t find it. Is it within the raw element shown in the video? Raw element has no TinyMCE editor.
Thanks!
