    Hello X Staff!

I have a really big Problem! I searched my Brain out and now i have to ask u because i cant find anything that solves it!

    So here the hole Story:

I created a Site for a client with the Xtheme, Xtheme Plugins and other PLugins on my localhost with XAMPP.
Everything worked fine and i was really happy that ur theme and features are so good and have so much Options in it that i thing its one of the best themes!!!

But here is now my Problem: i migrated the Site to an Online hoster and first i thought everything goes well but than i realized it wasnt function correctly… if i opened my Homepage at the Frontend i got the following Error messages in the Error Console of the Browser:

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.0
(index):1 Failed to decode downloaded font: http://test.ipc-markt.de/wp-content/themes/x/framework/fonts/font_awesome/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.5.0
(index):1 OTS parsing error: invalid version tag
(index):1 Failed to decode downloaded font: http://test.ipc-markt.de/wp-content/themes/x/framework/fonts/font_awesome/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.5.0
(index):1 OTS parsing error: invalid version tag
(index):1 Failed to decode downloaded font: http://test.ipc-markt.de/wp-content/themes/x/framework/fonts/font_awesome/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.5.0
(index):1 OTS parsing error: invalid version tag

so i went to my backend and looked for it that anything else changed than i saw for example at the Xaddons, the Addons install button is still grey with the word install in it but its not clickable (so i installed them manually thru the backend (upload Plugin function) thats functioned normally), the X Plugins are installed and the green hook shows up there but i didnt get the Button to show the correct message in it: install and activated with green Background. if i look into the error Console it says:

load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,plupload&ver=4.5.2:9 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.0
x-addons-home.min.js?ver=4.5.2:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘undefined’ of undefined

i saw that the Visual Editor doesnt Work also… visual Editor in the Product editing Tab isnt useable too it just shows a white table. Just Text Editor and Cornerstone function normally there. this error message shows there up:

load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery…:9 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.0

    wp-tinymce.php?c=1&ver=4310-20160418:4 GET http://test.ipc-markt.de/wp-includes/js/tinymce/skins/lightgray/skin.min.css?wp-mce-4310-20160418 #

if i install the Revolution Slider it have the same Problems some button are not clickable i cant edit the Layers and much more… (Notice: if i install the RS manually i get a fatal error message by first activation but i can activate and use it after one more time click)

I also deleted all plugins reinstalled the latest versions of them. I also reinstalled WordPress. i added also severall things that were posted here in the Forum to .htacces wp.config and function.php but nothing helped till now!

If i just freshly install wordpress with twenty sixteen theme and no plugins the visual editor also dont work and i get a message in the error console in chrome… cant load tinymce . css files and in firefox also differnet things it cant load… so i think it had something to do with my hoster!!! But what should i say him to change? i also switched the memory limit in the php.ini to 128M also doesnt work!

I really hope we can find somehow a solution for this together!!!

    Hi,

You can try adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Hope that helps

    Hi David,

Please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

    Hey there!

so i deactivated all other plugins and it doesnt dissapear… i get the error in the web console:

    wp-tinymce.php?c=1&ver=4310-20160418:12 GET http://test.ipc-markt.de/wp-includes/js/tinymce/skins/lightgray/content.min.css?wp-mce-4310-20160418

so i thing it have something to do with this tinymce still… the .ttf or .woff files

But my hoster already add the mime types for tinymce so i dont know why still in the backend is this error?

like i wrote before the error in the frontend are gone!

I hope somehow u can help

    Hi David,

    Thank you for the credentials.
I did check the file with a loading problem and it is present on the folder. I can see that you have Slider Revolution V5.2.5.4. Supported version is Revolution Slider: | Latest Supported Version: 5.2.5.3.
Try to downgrade to supported Revolution slider version. This plugin error makes the default tinymce from working. Or you may direct the issue on the revslider developer. You may send the error to them since you do have a premium version.

    Hope this helps.
