    Hi there,

    Thanks, yes it works now.

    I can confirm that most of the slider resources are returning 404 error. For example,

    https://coachingcolleg.de/wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/assets/css/settings.css?ver=5.2.5.3

    Please re-install your slider, and please provide your FTP login credentials as well.

    I’ll check if the files are there and just blocked, or not properly installed.

    The ftp login you provided doesn’t seem to have the right access.

    I can’t see or access your wordpress files.

    Hi there,

    First, you should contact your hosting about permission. It might not be properly configured as your Web service may have different permission or ownership than your FTP service.

    Second, I went ahead and fixed the permission. But still the same, the files are displayed as 404. Which means, the Web service that trying to access the file has no permission to read and execute it.

    Thank you, Rad! They just fixed a small detail which took only about 20 seconds and now the slider works all right again. :o)
