Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for the updates!
1] This could be a caching issue. I would recommend that you clear your cache in Flywheel. To do that, please check out this article: https://getflywheel.com/wordpress-support/how-do-i-clear-my-cache/
3] You might be experiencing PHP memory limit. I recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */I would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.
4] The latest version supported in our latest release is 4.11.2.1. We are set to release another X update with Visual Composer 4.12 in it. Watch for it in automatic updates soon.
Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

JackKeymasterHi John,
Thanks for writing back and your detailed questions.
1: After reviewing your site and Revolution Slider there are two jQuery errors on your Homepage that is preventing Revolution Slider from working correctly. Both of these errors seem to be originating from Revolution Slider itself. Could you please deactivate and delete Revolution Slider and then re-install Revolution Slider. Alternatively, if you could provide SFTP/FTP details I’d be happy to do this for you. There was a bug in Revolution Slider 5.2.5.2 which was resolved in 5.2.5.3 which was that the plugin wasn’t fully compressed when activated/uploaded. Which resulted in crucial jQuery files not being loaded causing errors.
2: 4.11.2.1 is the latest version of Visual Composer available with X. 4.12 isn’t currently available with X. Though it could be installed if you had an individual license for Visual Composer. The reason it isn’t currently available is, because for some third party bundled plugins such as Visual Composer we have custom integrations setup and the theme configured to work with those plugins. When an update is available we test the update for compatibility and then release it as quickly as possible after testing and fixing any issues found (if any). Once we push the update out, it will then be available for an automatic upgrade.
3: I’ve checked this for you and there are three jQuery errors preventing the customizer from loading. I believe the second and third errors are actually caused by the first, as when the loading is initialized it’s already broken by the first jQuery error causing the other two. A screenshot of the error is attached. It seems to be coming from WPMU DEV’s Map Plugin. I’d recommend disabling the Maps plugin and checking if the Customizer is then accessible.
We’re here to help. 🙂
Thank you!
