RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. If you go to your account page on Themeco, you will see the notice :
Looking for API keys? We’ve removed these in favor of just using the purchase code directly. For new site validations, you can use your purchase code directly. Sites previously validated with an API key, will remain validated, but moving forward API keys will no longer be used.
So let’s try validating with the purchase key directly.
Cheers!

JackKeymasterHi there,
Thanks for writing back, sorry to hear it still isn’t validating.
This could be down to your server’s PHP configuration is unsuited to fully operate WordPress.
To get started, we’d encourage you to try the troubleshooting suggestions on this page:
https://community.theme.co//kb/connection-issues/
Because of the likelihood that this is a PHP configuration problem, you may need to contact your host. In that article we’ve included a form letter you can use so they know what to look for.
Let us know what you find out! We’re here to help. π
Thanks!

FriechModeratorHi There,
I can’t see your site’s PHP configuration with WP-ServerInfo plugin. Would you mind contacting your host and do the following?
β Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co β Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled. β Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates. My own purchases code does not work with your site too. So the issue seems not to be with the purchase code.
Let us know how it goes. Cheers!

to meThanks for passing that a long. I was able to check it and it looks like there is a fatal error being thrown during that activation. I have pasted the error code below. Once you get that resolved you should be good to go!
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method TCO_1_0::check_ajax_referer() in /www/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/addons/modules/class-addons-validation.php on line 41

RadModeratorHi there,
According to the error, that function/method is undefined. I checked on FTP and it’s there, it maybe related to permission and the site can’t read it even it’s there.
Is there a way we can see the full error logs? It’s not available through FTP.
Thanks!
