    Hi,

    I recently discovered that on the bottom of my page (http://motionair.no/services/) it says “herefdvfvb” and i cant figure out where it comes from..

    any help greatly appreciated!

    Hi Reiel,

    Please provide us with your FTP account so we can take a closer look.

    While you can try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hi again,

    Thank you for providing the credentials, please deactivate all third party plugins and update your theme to the latest version and see if it solves the issue.

    I tried deactivating and reactivating all the plugins and it seems that it is the ConvertPlug that comes bundled with x that creates the text on the bottom. Do you have any tips on how to fix it?

    Hi, removed the   tags and updated X. Still have the text on the bottom of the page.

    Hi Reiel,

    Thanks for updating. It seems this is coming with the script of the info bar that you are using at the bottom of the page. What you are using for that? Kindly deactivate this ad check again.

    Hi, im using ConvertPlug that comes bundles with X-theme. i know that is the reason, tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin earlier. Do you support this feature?

    Hi Reiel,

    Thanks for updating. When you created the infobar, you have placed the text somewhere that I can’t find. Would you delete all info bars and add them again? You can also try re-installing ConvertPlug. Certainly we support ConvertPlug and it’s a bundled plugin but the text has been placed somewhere by mistake.

    Hi, i tried deleting the infobar and added a new one. The text disappeared on the pages the bar is active, but it is still there on the home page, wich i have selected to not show the bar. Any other tips?

    Hi Reilel,

    Have you tried deleting and re-installing ConvertPlug and then creating the new info bar? Or you just deleted the infobar and created a new one?

    Please try to delete Convert Plug completely and installing again.

    Hi, tried deleting everything, deleted the folder via FTP and started from scarch. The text is still there. I have no idea why and when it showed up but i cant seem to get rid of it. Now i lost all my statistics as well.. any way to get that back?

    Hey Reiel,

    I checked your home page and there is no “herefdvfvb” and even in the source code. Please check again.

    By statistics do you mean the Google Analytics code? If so, were did you put it before?
