Have you made customizations before? There is something weird with your setup. I removed X Shortcodes but the folder still exist in your server. I’ve removed it there manually. The issue still persists though. Would you mind deactivating all third party plugins and customizations while we investigate?

Nope, nothing has been changed besides the standard install.
I’ll turn off plugins now.

Edit: I left akismet and jetpack on just in case.

I see you’re using Jetpack’s Photon. Would you mind deactivating the feature for a moment? Or better yet, disconnect Jetpack entirely then check if the issue persists.
