erroroutParticipantGreetings everyone!
I am all thumbs on this one, I used to make webpages back in the mid 90’s, but this new stuff has me swimming!
Using (as far I know) the latest version of xtheme and cornerstone, it’s was working when I created the pages, not now the Feature box Icon Image not showing up. I uploaded pictures. what is interesting is when at the webpage if I right click on where the image suppose to be I can save the picture.
The website is http://www.errorout.com.
If you have any other questions please ask!
HELP!!!! 🙂

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! It’s because the animation is not working so the opacity is set to 0 while the image is still there. You are using older version of X and Cornerstone that’s causing the issue I believe.
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Meantime, you can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer to fix the issue temporarily if you want :
.x-feature-box-graphic-outer { opacity: 1; }Cheers!

erroroutParticipantGreetings Rupok!
Thanx for the reply! However, I applied your css addon and I can not find opacity when I am looking at the graphic. Oh also this happens with other icons on my page, but not all…..
Thanx!

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. Please follow my previous reply and update everything as mentioned. Hopefully your problem will be solved as it might causing by older version of X or Cornerstone.
And the CSS was provided for a temporary fix that you need to add it. Maybe you didn’t add this properly as I can’t see on your site.
Hope this makes sense.

erroroutParticipantI am indeed running the latest version. I entered the css addon in the custom/Edit global css.
I basically have no animation and icons.

RupokMemberHi there,
I have already provided you the link of Changelog so that you can compare the versions. Certainly you are not using latest versions and that mentioned couple of times to update them.
If you check the changelog, latest version of X is v4.6.2 and Cornerstone is v1.3.2 but you are using x-v4.5.2 cornerstone-v1.2.4. Let’s check the update from Dashboard > Updates.
Please spend a few more minutes and make sure to update them before posting again. We are always here to assist you but you need to co-operate to get it solved quickly.
Cheers!

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Upon checking your website seems like X Theme is not even installed.
Please re-install and activate X Theme.
Before that turn off all security and cache plugins.
Thanks
Joao
