    Hi Darshana,

    I just tried logging in, and it immediately took me to the fatal error page. So yes, the site is currently down.

    Hi there @vcctu85,

    You’re using a very old version of WordPress (v3.3.1) which you will have to update it first. Could you please open up a new thread with regard to this issue and then we will help you to get it sorted.

    Your FTP credentials are invalid. I cannot post any private information here as you’re not the thread owner.

    Login to your Dreamhost account and under Domains -> Manage Domains, you can see FTP information.

    Once you open-up a new thread, use the second post and select the option “Set as private reply” to send your private data.
