    Hi guys!!!

    I just updated my WordPress to the latest version and now I can’t click to see my installed plugins without getting this message:
    Fatal error: Class ‘X_Addons_Updates’ not found in /home/mattkrum/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/admin/class-updates.php on line 138

    I’m far from a web-wizz so can anyone explain this in simple language??? Panic time!

    Hey there,

    Sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Updating to Cornerstone 1.2.3 will resolve it and show the proper messaging when a site isn’t validated. So let’s update everything on your site.

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    I just migrated a website and am having the exact same error. I attempted to update the Cornerstone Plugin manually via FTP and the site failed. I have since uploaded the older Cornerstone Plugin folder to get the dashboard back.

    Can I trouble you to assist me with this?

    Should I have opened a new thread?

    Look forward to hearing from you.

    @mattkrum Hi There,

    Thanks for the FTP credentials, but that is not seem to be right. When access your site with that credentials it sends me to an empty directory, which I assume its a sub-folder in your site. Yes, please provide us an WP admin credentials as well so we can take a closer look on the issue.

    In the meantime please follow this post and try to update your X|Theme manually.

    @nichlee9
    Please create a new thread and provide us login credentials, WP and FTP. You can also follow the instruction on manual update and see if that solves the issue.

    Cheers!

    Hi I’m getting an error that says “Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_themes() in /home/shabet1/www.ywca-berkeley.org/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/addons/updates/class-theme-updater.php on line 51” whenever I click on any button in the sidebar so I can’t even disable the plugin.
    I also can’t validate the X theme on my website. Could it possibly because I used one email to purchase X and another one to make the website?
    Please help!!

    I have tried to login, but it seems that your site is down (https://snag.gy/ng8stS.jpg). Could you please confirm?

    Thanks!
