RadModeratorHi there,
It’s not working, I tried both plain and TLS setting and it won’t let me, it says 530 authentications failed.
For the meantime, please make sure that your WP_DEBUG is set to false under your site’s wp-config.php, it’s not an error but just a notice. Notices and warning are displayed when debugging are enabled.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
In that case, there is something that overrides WordPress debugging/error reporting.
The other error is not an error, but raw code from your Amazon ads. Maybe it’s not compatible or applicable on mobile.
I still connect and login through your provided FTP credentials, please check it and let me know.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
It should be okay now, it can’t connect to facebook graph API to retrieve comment count, so I added a default count of zero. And changes doesn’t effect instantly maybe due to cache. Please clear your browser cache before testing.
Thanks!

TrankuilityParticipantI just checked, and yes the messages are gone now. Thank you!
In regards to the issue of the API comment count not being retrieved. Does that cause any slowdown in loading the page? And if so, how do I fix that?
August 25, 2016 at 3:27 pm #1147170
JadeModeratorHi there,
It should not have any effect in the loading time of the page since we have just added a piece of code that sets a default comment count to get rid of the message that was displaying. It should be good to go now.
