    Hi, I checked with host who told me I was running php7 – they’ve now changed down to 5.6;
    mysql is greater than 5.6 and
    the apache mod_rewrite module is enabled.
    Cornerstone now won’t disengage its spinning logo of death 🙁

    Hi there,

    I just checked and the cornerstone is loading okay, would you mind providing the exact URL that has this issue?

    About the Essential Grid, it’s a known recent bug and it has no preview in the cornerstone. We’re already investigating it but only happens on the recent version of Essential Grid. That bug should not affect the other elements or entire cornerstone.

    Hi, I’ve just tried loading home page – hwere I was having trouble, and it loaded well. thanks for checking for me
    What is the solution for Essential Grid for now then?

    Glad it is now loading fine for you.
    Regarding the essential grid preview issue on Cornerstone, it is still under investigation. We will let you know once we have an update. Thank you for understanding.
