    Hi There,

    Regarding essential grid, please check the following Essential Grid tables on your wordpress database:

    wp_eg_item_skins
wp_eg_navigation_skins
wp_eg_item_elements
wp_eg_grids

    If that is missing, please follow the instruction on the previous reply. Those changes are referring to your wordpress database. Login to your database admin and check first if above tables are existing. If not follow the steps provided.
