    Hi There,

    Upon checking your setup again, still, demo is not working well. There is something that cause the connection between our server to your hosting not to be working. The best way to do it now is to duplicate staging site in to your live site. If you will setup it in a new hosting or in a local setup then duplicate it in your live site, same us suggested in the previous thread.

    Thank you, for your help.

    The error has been resolved by moving hosts completely.
