    Hi there,

    It works on my end, it should be imported as ess_grid.json and not ess_grid.json.txt

    Would you mind providing your admin login credentials for import testing?

    I tried to upload it again. Unfortunately, it uploaded but then nothing happens. The file was not there but there’s not error too. In this case we need to check the error logs to see what happens. We’re sorry you’re having this issue. You can try to recreate again or we can proceed to the investigation. Please ask for error logs from your hosting provider.
