TiffanyParticipantI have read the threads included in the link provided and I have done what I was asked but this demo is still not uploading. I am on the phone with GoDaddy right now and they seem to be confused as well. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO??? I have been dealing with this for 2 days and nothing is working. I have read many many threads and they are getting resolutions to their problems but I cannot seem to. Someone PLEASE HELP ME?

TiffanyParticipantHI!
I have been watching this thread minute by minute because it is URGENT that I find a solution to this problem, but I continue to be skipped and looked over for some reason. I purchased this themes for a second time specifically for the expanded church demo and I am starting to feel as though I lost money.I LOVE this theme and I just want to use what I paid for but I need someone who is willing to fix this issue or walk me through the process PLEASE! I have followed all of the instructions that were given to me, but nothing seems to help. I don’t understand why this is causing so many problems…
HELP!

TiffanyParticipantSo what are my options now? Are you guys not able to import it for me?
December 17, 2016 at 4:34 am #1296488
TiffanyParticipantIs there a way the external object cache can be enabled temporarily if needed?

RadModeratorHi there,
Yes, I can’t import it, but you can do this.
1. Create a local site on your local machine ( using WAXMP, XAMPP MAMP)
2. Install WordPress on your local site
3. Install X theme and validate it on your local site
4. Import a demo on your local site
5. Install all in one migration plugin on your live site and local site
6. Export your local site using all in one migration plugin
7. Import your exported site to your live siteAnother option is to create your site on another hosting that will give you freedom to control your site
There is no way to control external cache from Godaddy, you can contact them.
Thanks!
