    I am receiving the error, “We’re sorry, the demo failed to finish importing…” when trying to import the Church Expanded Demo.
    I have tried the &clean-cache fix described in other posts and this has not fixed the issue.
    I will post my URL and login credentials in a private post below.

    Thanks for updating in! Regretfully the given credentials is still not working for us.

    Meanwhile, we recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line
    /*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

    Hi!!! I actually just increased the memory with the exact same code and it is still not working for me at all. I am sorry. I thought you wanted my login information for THEMECO. Let me get that info for you…

    Hi There,

    Thanks for the credentials, I see your site is running on PHP v5.4. WordPress requires a PHP v5.6, please contact your hosting on how you can upgrade the PHP version.

    Another thing, please confirm the follow to your hosting support.

    – Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co and s3.amazonaws.com
    – Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.

    I spoke with hosting and the guy stated that v5.6 is not required and the only way for me to get the 5.6 I would have to change over to cpanel and there is no guarantee that will fix the problem. He also seemed very confused about this:
    – Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co and s3.amazonaws.com
    – Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.

    So basically they were no help. This is extremely frustrating because the only reason I purchased this theme again was strictly for the expanded demo and it is NOT working at all. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU GUYS CAN DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM?!? PLEASE HELP!

    Hi Again,

    Thanks for the updating in!

    We want to be sure that your hosting provider is not blocking any connections from community.theme.co and s3.amazonaws.com because this is where the demo content is coming from. We also wanted to know if cURL is working and allow_url_fopen is enabled because this functions where needed to install the demo content.

    On the other hand, We at Theme.co always follows the standards impose by WordPress. Please keep in mind that WordPress 4.5 requires at least 5.6 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). If this requirements will not be meet, this could possibly create some issues as well.

    If nothing else works, would you mind providing us the ftp login credentials so we can take a closer look?

    To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
    – FTP Hostname
    – FTP Username
    – FTP Password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
