LeannaParticipantthat’s a big job bc I have to go try to remember how to copy the SQL database, etc. I remember another time long back when Cornerstone wasn’t working correctly… a memory issue or something but I think we fixed it permanently by upping the memory…

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
If that is the case, I would suggest that you put your site in maintenance mode so that we can check your site.
We need to test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.I know that you already mentioned in your previous reply. Regretfully we need to check and see it for ourselves. We need to see that only Cornerstone is active in your site while we are testing it. So it is best to ask permission from you.
Please let us know how it goes.

LeannaParticipanthi Rue Nel,
As I did previously, I just did a second time to be sure:
1) Deactivated all plugins
2) cleared all history
3) restarted Chrome
4) reactivated Cornerstone and attempted to save a small text edit to a page, and it showed the green “bravo” but did not save the change.Another possible clue: Usually when I click “save” Cornerstone takes a few seconds for the green “bravo” to appear, however ever since it has not actually been saving, the green “bravo” appears almost instantly when I click “save.” I know it isn’t possible for it to actually save so fast, which is then confirmed upon refreshing the page to find the change was not saved.
Since it is not a plugin conflict, what is the next step?

LeannaParticipantGreat, thanks. I got Sucuri to show me where to whitelist my ip and walla, Cornerstone is working! I’m after them to fix it so I don’t have to always go in and whitelist my ip since I travel alot and also use a VPS so always a different ip – bother.
Great job at nailing the diagnosis, thanks.
