AaronParticipantI removed the comment in the custom CSS, hit save, and it saved. I pasted in more custom CSS (below), hit save, and it didn’t save. 🙁
a.x-btn-navbar.collapsed,
a.x-btn-navbar {
color: #000;
margin-top: -80px;
}a.x-brand.img {
width: 100%;

AaronParticipantTry changing background colour of a section in Cornerstone. It will not save. (Sometimes it will save other changes, but not background colour.)

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks, I can see the issue now, and it seems has something to do on server side configuration. Would you mind contacting your hosting support and ask them how you can update your PHP version to 5.6 (WordPress requirements) and how you can increase your PHP Memory Limit.
You can check your site current configuration under Dashboard > WP-Serverinfo.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

AaronParticipantThe memory cannot be increased at present. Is there any other way to save custom CSS? Customizer has started to save again, but not CSS.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Upon further investigation, it turns out that your server returns error 406 when you are in the customizer. This issue has been around with other hostpapa users too!
After reviewing the information provided above, I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.
Please let us know how it goes.

RadModeratorHi there,
You should provide the videos that are provided and discussed on this thread. Accessing just the link will not display the error. Example, in cornerstone, requests may result to forbidden but accessing the direct URL for the request will only display “Nonce invalid”. It’s best to provide the video of all the issue.
Thanks!
