truth5212ParticipantDear Thai, Rad and Christopher,
This problem has been bugging me for 2 days and I finally resolved it. I used another plugin called Transients manager and it worked like a charm. Thank you all 3 for the great support!

truth5212ParticipantBad news, I am still facing the same problem again. After changing some images, the saving doesnt work again, despite clearing transient.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! I logged in to your ftp and I have increased your PHP memory limit. I have seen that you edited your wp-config.php file already. The code you added did not take effect so I have corrected it. Please do check your site again and test Cornerstone.
I did some further investigation. I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.4.35 and WordPress 4.5 requires at least 5.6 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could potentially be an issue or result future conflicts. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:
Dear host, I\'m interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and I was wondering if my account supported the following: - PHP 5.6 or greater - MySQL 5.6 or greater - The mod_rewrite Apache module Looking forward to your reply.Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

truth5212ParticipantI cant seem to find the root cause. The transient fix seem to be unstable. Like right now I can make changes again. Im not sure if the problem will come back again.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I did deleted the transients. And maybe the increased PHP memory limit which I have corrected in your wp-config.php file helps. Please do monitor any changes and let us know if it happens again.
Thank you in advance.

truth5212ParticipantHost server support staff told me this:
There was a mod_security rule triggered for your account on the server, our technical team whitelisted it. Mod_security is an Apache module which works as a web application firewall. It blocks known exploits and provides protection from a range of attacks against web applications.
It is to be noted that Mod_security has conflicts with some scripts and plugins which may result in false-positive blocks, thus it is not possible to predict or avoid it, unfortunately.
PS: Sorry, I just saw your replies. It works perfectly now! I am in the process of asking my host to upgrade the versions of PHP and SQL. Thank you so much!!
