I tried disabling plugins but it still wouldnt save when I exit the cornerstone editor. When in cornerstone page, images dont seem to be loading as well.

Hi There,

Please try to install and run Transient Cleaner (https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/).

1. Install Transient Cleaner
2. Navigate Dashboard -> Tools -> Transients
3. Set Clear Expired Transients -> Enable
4. Select Run Now
5. Set Remove All Transients -> Enable
6. Set Remove All Transients -> Optimize Afterwards
7. Select Run Now
8. Recheck your Cornerstone for functionality

Hi there,

Please connect to FTP and add following lines in wp-config.php file to increase memory limit :

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Went to my cpanel’s file manager to edit the code in wp config. added the code in the last 2 lines but cornerstone still having the same issues.I cant save and the icons dont load.

I have contacted my local host provider to increase the php limit to 512MB, however, the problem still persists only for one page(my home page specifically, I cannot change anything on it). I cannot change anything on the homepage, but for other pages like press releases and tour, I can change stuff and it gets saved. Thank you for your help and I hope to resolve this. Havent been able to get any work done because I cannot save anything 🙁

I have tried asking the host to increase php limit to 1GB but the problem still persists. Any luck on how to solve? Thanks!

Hi there,

Do your hosting provider any transient cleaner? It’s currently blocked and inaccessible. That’s the last thing we’re not doing yet, cleaning the internal cache/transients.
