    Hello There,

    Another staff here. I am able to login. I added a new page CS X Test. Cornerstone is working fine until I added an Image element and then stop working. I found the following error:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

    It seems that you have permission issue. Please contact your hosting provider again about this if you’re not comfortable changing folder permissions.

    Hi,

    Apparently there was an access restriction on all CGI, Perl, Python and text files. Once removed, Cornerstone works fine.

    I just hope it won’t affect the site security.

    Anyway thank you so much for your help and patience!
