    Please just read the issue from the start of this post and it should be clear what I need. We wanted to purchase another x license but this is extremely frustrating it’s taking so much work to just get support reducing one white gap. We had thought the support for x was a selling point but now it seems the opposite.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the confusion.

    You can disable the breadcrumbs under Header > MISCELLANEOUS in the customizer(Appearance > Customize)
