jcoccellotoParticipantHi, my homepage background (right.png attached image) and basic settings is how I want another page (wrong.png attached image) to look. Mostly that I have an image that I want as the entire page (without borders), but I can’t seem to get it to work. The issue is that I created the home page a while ago and don’t remember how I made the image the entire page, I think I used a demo and modified it from there. I have tried going through the template page options to make the image fullwidth (among other options) which didn’t work, I tried copying the page code but that didn’t work (still created the white borders). Additionally I think I’ll need some more interactive support, is there a live support option for x theme?
Thanks!October 17, 2016 at 2:07 pm #1219760

NicoModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in.
Try to reduce the image so you could upload it properly and we could fully understand what you want to achieve.
Thanks.

jcoccellotoParticipantI did not solve the issue…. I just uploaded image examples of the correct page layout and the wrong page layout. Where do you see my original issue solved?

RupokMemberHi there,
I have grabbed your URL (https://livenutritionals.com/) from screenshot and it seems the right one is there. Then tried to go to the test page and it seems blank so can’t see the wrong one and can’t suggest anything without checking the URL.
But on your current home page where it’s right, you have set the image as background image of the section. So if you just set it as section background then it should be fullwidth. Let’s try and let us know with correct page URL.
Cheers!

jcoccellotoParticipantHi,
Thank you but I have tried that already also… (setting the image as background image of the section – if you are talking about within cornerstone, if you are not and just talking about the x editor – I tried that also). You can see the correct layout image here:
and the incorrect layout here:
https://livenutritionals.com/our-positive-impactIs it possible to have a live chat set up? This back and forth doesn’t seem helpful, when I have already spent a week troubleshooting.

RupokMemberHi there,
You can try placing min-height: 90vh; within the Style field of the section. I have placed and it looks fine, let’s check yourself. You can adjust hte valu as well if needed.
Cheers!

jcoccellotoParticipantthat is still not right… the white navigation bar still appears, between the top menu bar and the image.
Can I please have a live chat?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for the updates! Regretfully we do not have a live chat. Our support is only in the forums. By the way, I have check your site and this is what I see: http://prntscr.com/cy3sg8
I do not see any gap. If you mean the border line between the navbar and the image, you can remove it by adding the following css code in the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Custom > CSS
.x-navbar { margin-bottom: 0; border: none; }And also, I noticed that the Woo cart in the menu is not properly align. You can set the alignment in the customizer. Please go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Cart Alignment (px).
Hope this helps.

jcoccellotoParticipantGreat, thank you! Realigning the cart worked great!
Then we are getting closer to fixing the original issue… The screenshot you sent above of what you see, is what I want. It’s a different page (https://livenutritionals.com/our-positive-impact) that I can not seem to get correct. On that page, below the top menu bar and above the image has a white gap with the navigation location, that is what I do not want. I tried your code but that is for (like you said) the border line, which is just above my issue. I attached an image of the page, with the incorrect layout and a small white arrow pointing to the issue.
Thanks.
