RadModeratorHi there,
Trying to find the issue but still no luck. It seems that no matter what implementation, the popup’s button will not work. But it works fine when displayed inline. Is it okay if I disable all plugins and custom codes? Please backup your site if you’ll allow me 🙂 . I just need to test a clean version of it, if still continue having the issue, then I’m going to forward this issue as this may be related to ConvertPlug itself.
Thanks!

GoatsocialParticipantYes that’s okay! It’s a staging server so no big deal.

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s because of the child theme. Then I did some rename folders and files of the child theme to find what causing it and still not working (hence, the child theme is empty). But when I installed a fresh copy of child theme, the button works!
It could be due to your hosting’s cache or similar, since the issue only happens on your child theme, even without content. Please check and re-setup your child theme.
Thanks!

GoatsocialParticipantOkay – well this is tough then, as it’s back to basics…. is there any way to tell what it is in the Child Theme causing issues?

ChristianModeratorPlease copy over customizations one by one to the child theme that Rad has setup. Check if the issue persists after each addition of custom function.
Thanks.
