Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating this thread! I have revoke the validation of your site and I can confirm that you can do anything to revoke or revalidate it. There could be an error somewhere else. I did some further investigation. I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.4.43 and WordPress 4.5 requires at least 5.6 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:
Dear host, I\'m interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and I was wondering if my account supported the following: - PHP 5.6 or greater - MySQL 5.6 or greater - The mod_rewrite Apache module Looking forward to your reply.Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

abrarsatarParticipantHello,
I am having an issue with validation as well.
I just purchased through envato/themeforest and received a validation code.I installed the X Theme to my word press and then went into the X Add On tab.
I entered the Validation code given to me but gave me an error.Went into the themeco profile and assigned the site: https://67.205.144.148 to my license.
went back into the x addon tab and re entered my validation code and got the same error.
What do I need to do in order to validate my purchase and use it on my site?

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thank you for writing in! We kindly ask that you open up a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions.
Thank you for understanding, Cheers!
