skandy85ParticipantHow large is the plugin upload file?
October 10, 2016 at 2:18 am #1209482
skandy85ParticipantI can upload any size of plugin I want.
The maximum upload size limit within WP-admin dashboard is 8 Mb.
If you want to upload plugins which are more that 8 mb in size, in this case, you must use FTP to upload your plugin to your wp-content/plugins directory.
Step 1 is to unzip the plugin on your computer which will uncompress all of the files. They will most likely be in a folder whose name is same as the name of the plugin.
Step 2 is to upload that plugin’s folder via FTP to your website’s wp-content/plugins/ directory. Once it’s there you will be able to install the plugin from your plugins admin page when logged in.
Please upload the plugin I want to use.
I will send the new admin password in private massage.

RadModeratorHi there,
I installed Rev. Slider with no problem, and I didn’t do any upload. I installed it by going to Admin > Addons .
I can’t upload all of them and will take much longer if done through FTP, even a single plugin with thousands of files takes much time. Instead, please provide the correct admin login credentials and I’ll install them through add-ons.
Thanks!

LelyModeratorHi There,
I did check and try to install Convertplug via Addons. I can see that the Install button doesn’t work. Then I saw the following error on the console:
x-addons-home.min.js?ver=4.6.4:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'undefined' of undefinedsThere’s no custom Javascript that might cause conflict. You don’t even have a child theme. Would you mind trying testing for a plugin conflict? You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. This is just to see where the conflict is coming from. Do let us know how this goes.

skandy85ParticipantI deactivated all the plugins but the problem remains the same.
Can’t you give me the files for the Add Ons and I can install them manually via FTP?

skandy85ParticipantI have done that already. The only plug in I can find is the Cornerstone.
I have looked through other folders but I can only find a Converplug.php
Which folder is the ConverPlug Add on located?
please send instructions.
