Archive / Cant install any addons or plugins? Please help

    I had X theme already installed, just updated to WP 4.5+ and the newest X theme, now i cannot install any addons, i tried installing Under Construction, and it just says the green tick ( as if it has installed, but then i cannot see it in plugins, and cannot activate or use it.

    Hey Nathan,

    Please try revoking your license in Addons (see attachment) then re-validate again using the new validation process outlined at https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/. After that, try installing extensions.

    Hi,

    thanks for the reply.

    Since my post, ive actually uninstalled, and reinstalled wordpress and x theme and a child theme.

    Now i don’t even have extensions as an option?

    I also revoked the licence and am trying to readd it and it is unable to, it just times out?

    Hello?, can you please assist? I use X theme on 3 sites and have never had this problem. It is a clean fresh manual WP install with new DB and fresh X install.
