bluebeepParticipantHi there,
When I put my Envato purchase code into /wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home to validate the theme, I get an error saying the code could not be validated.
I’ve done the following:
- Used the purchase code from Envato + Themeco
- Verify the website URL in Themeco matches the website URL in WPSettings/General
- Update the two plugins, X is at 4.4.2. Cornerstone is at 1.2.2 (fails to update to 1.2.4 thru WP Plugins page)
What should do to validate the licence so I can get automatic updates?

bluebeepParticipantIs there any other way without giving you admin access to my site?

RubinKeymasterHey There,
The only way for us to validate the site for you is providing us with an admin WordPress account. All the best.

AlexanderKeymasterHey bluebeep,
I’m sorry about the inconvenience there. I was able to get your site validated, and Cornerstone updated. I believe this was due to a bug in the new validation system specific to Cornerstone 1.2.2. Deactivating Cornerstone temporarily allowed it to work.

bluebeepParticipantThank you for fixing it Alex!

JoaoModeratorHi Billy,
Thanks for writing in!
Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.Hope this helps.

BillySloanParticipantI tried all of these steps several times. No luck. I continue to get the message: “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.” Any other ideas? Thank you!

John EzraMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating the thread! Please try the process again, this time before trying to revalidate, please clear all your site caches. Please also check your server/host side as well. Some hosts have performance caching activated for sites by default. It should work.
Let us know how that goes. Hope this helps – thanks!

BillySloanParticipantUgghhh! I’ve never had this problem before and I’ve worked with the X theme on several sites. This is infuriating. I’ve cleared everything – every cache I can think of, and I’m still hitting the same wall. I really want to get this validated. Please help!

JoaoModeratorHi Billy,
Could you provide us the Envato Purchase code in private reply.
We will validate it for you, please just make sure you have the correct URL at

Thanks
