    I see you have two X themes installed, please delete the inactive one and clear all caches including your browser history and check if the issue persists.

    Thanks for your suggestion. I tried this but all of the above problems still persist.

    Hi Antony,

    This issue is total weird because it seems that the way CSS was added was wrong.
    Upon thorough checking, I saw that X theme was added incorrectly. It is inside another X folder.
    X theme should be here wp-content/themes/. Your X theme is here wp-content/themes/x/ inside another X folder. See attached screenshot. Please move the folder on to the correct location.
