    I just followed the steps to clear the cache. Can you guys try again?

    Hi there,

    I will be re-applying the CSS for the layout fix, but I can’t re-add the other pre-existing CSS that are deleted too.

    I’ll let you know when done as it is a long one 🙂

    Hi there,

    Sorry, I replied to wrong thread. It was not related to CSS.

    Clearing cache will not do anything, internal cache and transients are different ( https://codex.wordpress.org/Transients_API ) and your hosting provider user external transient storage. Installing the transient cleaner won’t do. It’s best to contact the hosting provider to see what else you can do to clean that external transient storage.

    I just chatted with the host (MediaTemple) and they said this:

    Well unfortunately clearing the cache from our end is all we have access to do on this server. It’s odd overall that this particular theme would have problems with caching specifically.

    I could just wipe this site and create a fresh one since this site is brand new with no content. Would that help?

    I was able to get it working with disabling the object-cache.php file.
