    I had now ok to use product code to active the x theme

    host side had edited the problem on their side,

    and tell us to test again,

    please help to see if the demo content and plugin can install now.

    Hi there,

    It’s still the same, demo listing is blank.

    Please request to your hosting to whitelist these IPs too

    54.231.82.114
    208.117.43.145

    And please set your cURL timeout to 300 seconds.

    I installed some plugin for troubleshooting, but you may delete them after solving this issue. Please check this other thread too https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/x-agency-failed-to-finish-importing/

    Hi There,

    The credentials you provided here does not work anymore, please confirm.

    In the meantime, try to deactivate all your 3rd party plugin and clear any caching feature your site might have.

    Hi there,

    It still displaying the same error, have you tried the suggested fix provided on this thread https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/x-agency-failed-to-finish-importing/ ? Your issue is cURL related, please request the correct configuration to your hosting provider. And please increase cURL timeout as requested.

    Hi there,

    Sure, please login in admin and go to Admin > Addons page. Then hit the debug button on admin bar then go to Remote Requests section.

    It should give you the error details.
